Bookings

Bookings

  • We advise that all bookings are made in advance via our website.

On occasion we can accept ‘walk-in’ bookings on the day - dependant on availability.

  • There are only a limited number of private sessions in our schedule available to book at the specific private cost – this has been considered with smaller groups in mind.

If there is no private availability left, any empty communal session (with all 8 seats available) can be booked out entirely at the standard cost of £17.50/pp to create a private booking for your group.

  • One booking = one person.

No seats can be shared in any of our sauna sessions, both communal and private.

Every person who uses the sauna must be booked in with their own individual seat.

  • No children under 16 years old may use the sauna in communal sauna sessions.

We allow children aged 5-15 years to enter the sauna ONLY during privately booked sessions.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

The ratio of children:adult in any one private booking is 2:1.

  • Our maximum capacity is 8 people in all sauna sessions.

Polite reminder: no seats may be shared therefore the same 8 people must use the sauna throughout any sauna booking.

  • All gift voucher codes can be redeemed against any of the booking types that we offer.

If the value of the voucher does not exactly match the value of the product, then you can pay the remainder of the cost by debit/credit card or any leftover value will remain on the voucher to be used at a later date.

All vouchers expire exactly 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Group bookings for special occasions such as birthdays or hen dos etc. can be booked from 31 days prior to any given date or time in line with our standard booking policy.

For groups over 8 people you will need to book an additional time slot and split the group into two to accommodate all of the guests, we do not allow ‘sharing’ of seats.

  • We operate a waitlist system for any fully booked communal saunas. The waitlist operates on a first come, first serve basis whereby all people on the list will be notified if and when a slot becomes available, and you must then redeem the space via the link provided.

  • We are open throughout the year - including holiday periods.

We usually only close on Christmas Day through the winter holidays.

Please check back for updates on release dates for Festive bookings.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48hr+ before event – full refund or rescheduling to another date within 31 days.

<48hr before event – we’re unable to refund or reschedule any no show bookings.

No shows – we’re unable to refund or reschedule any no show bookings.

  • Late cancellations (<48hours) will not qualify for any refunds or rescheduling. On occasion we will manage to resell the cancelled seat/s and therefore refund the cost, however this is subject to our administration team and email monitoring therefore there is no guarantee of a refund at late notice.

  • Bookings can only be rescheduled up until 48 hours prior to the event. We cannot reschedule bookings within 48 hours of the start time, and it’s possible that we wouldn’t see any email enquiries sent within this time.

  • Any booking can be gifted to a friend or family member to use the slot on your behalf if you’re unable to attend on the day.

ESSENTIALS FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE

Essentials for your experience

  • The essentials for your experience are: two towels (one to sit on, one to dry with), swimwear (ideally come wearing this), a water bottle, beach shoes, and warm clothing.

Other useful items: a dry robe/changing robe, a bag for wet clothes/shoes.

  • Our changing areas are small and communal. We recommend that you arrive ready to sauna with swimwear on.

Changing time is included in your allocated session time therefore please consider this at the end of the session to allow our team to come in and clean at the earliest opportunity.

  • We have a small changing area where you can leave your belongings. These areas are safe but shared, therefore your items will not be locked up personally. Please leave any valuable items in the car or at home where possible. Rewild Sauna does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

  • Swimwear must be worn at all times during the sauna experience. Board shorts, bikinis, swimsuits are all suitable.

No nudity is permitted in any of our sauna sessions.

We don’t allow neoprene (wetsuits, boots or gloves) inside the sauna at any time.

Please remove any loose jewellery and/or glasses to avoid any risk of burning.

  • It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes before your allocated session time begins – just to allow sufficient time to pay for parking and use the facilities.

Our host will then be able to greet/brief you for your session at the start time, enabling you to make full use of the session following this.

If you’re running late – please don’t worry, our hosts will be on site to greet you as and when you arrive.

  • We have cold, fresh water showers on site however this facility is only for rinsing before, after and between rounds. We don’t have any shower facilities that are heated or for ‘washing’ as such.

  • Our Bracklesham site has a pay & display car park within a short distance of the sauna.

Public toilet facilities are also within close proximity of the sauna.

LOCATIONS & PARKING

Locations & Parking

  • Bracklesham Lane Car Park, Bracklesham Lane, PO20 8LB

Our Bracklesham Bay site has plenty of pay & display parking directly adjacent to the sauna for ultimate convenience.

    - Public toilets are located across the car park (<100m).

    - Two nearby cafes/restaurants include The Beach and Goat Coffee - both within 5 minutes walking distance of the sauna.

    - Direct access to the beach from the sauna – there is plenty of sand for walking as the tide goes out.

LOST PROPERTY

Lost Property

  • All lost property is kept for 30 days from the date it was left before we redistribute/donate to charities or discard the items.

Please contact us via email info@rewildsauna.co.uk to let us know of anything that you may have left behind, and we will keep the items in a safe place for collection or post them back to you if the circumstances allow.

Closure and Adverse Weather

Closure and Adverse Weather

  • During high tide and big swell (surf/waves/rough water) it can be particularly challenging and potentially unsafe to enter the sea.

Your safety is our priority and we advise against sea swimming during these periods. We have a fresh cold water shower as an alternative.

  • At high tide the water is significantly closer and immediately deeper as you enter than at low tide.

As the tide goes out, a sandy beach appears and the water is shallower, more accessible and safer to enter.

  • On very rare occasions Rewild Sauna can face forced closure or last minute schedule amendments due adverse/extreme weather conditions.

Customers will be notified of any changes at our earliest convenience and existing bookings will be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund in this instances.

Tips from Matt and Mollie

Gentle reminders for your sauna experience

Preparation

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your allocated session time. Please bring the essentials:

  • Swimwear

  • 2 Towels

  • Plastic water bottle

  • Beach shoes

  • Changing robe

Where possible, arrive ready in your swimwear to make things easier - we only have limited changing and storage facilities. We also recommend hydrating well before and after your sauna session.

Experience

Sauna intervals of 10–15 minutes are usually enough, listen to your body and take breaks regularly.

Please always sit on a towel.

When cooling off, take your time - whether that’s outside in the fresh air, under the shower, or in the sea. There’s no need to rush between hot and cold.

Drink plenty of water throughout your session, and leave yourself enough time to change and unwind afterwards.

Relaxation

Our sauna is a shared space, so we ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of others throughout their session.

Please follow any guidance from your sauna host and help us keep the space calm and restorative by keeping conversation light.

Use this time to fully switch off — slow down, disconnect from devices, take in the surroundings, and enjoy a moment of calm away from the pace of everyday life.
