Bracklesham Bay

Our flagship sauna is located directly on the seafront in Bracklesham Bay near Chichester. From inside the sauna you have panoramic, uninterrupted views across the Solent.
Just steps from the shoreline, guests can move seamlessly between the heat of the sauna and refreshing sea dips, with easy access to the beach for cold water immersion or a variety of other watersports and beach activities. Dogs are permitted on this beach all year round.

Pay-and-display parking (Mi permit 711022) and public toilets are conveniently located nearby, while excellent coffee and food can be found just moments away at Goat Coffee and The Beach restaurant.

Northshore - Itchenor

Launching late October '26

Our second site at Northshore, Itchenor offers a tranquil waterside setting within the estuary of Chichester Harbour. The Harbour is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) - internationally recognized for its rare habitats and protected species. 63 miles of coastal footpaths, exceptional viewpoints and scattered local amenities are just a few things to celebrate about this location.

Sea dips are not available here; however, we offer two filtered & temperature controlled cold plunges to create the sought after contrast therapy during your sauna session with us - all while enjoying our stunning outlook across the Harbour.

Parking options nearby include the Itchenor Car park - PO20 7AE - or on street parking (up to 1 hour free) opposite The Ship Inn pub - both approximately a 5 minute walk to the sauna via the public footpaths.
